Nothing fancy here, just an everyday lunchbox.
What i found interesting since i started doing calories control is that how much calories are there in meat with fats. There were 80g of chicken thigh with skin in this lunchbox, and that made up half of the total calories. A bit shocking.
However after doing it for a month, I realize i can still enjoy some greasy food from time to time. What matters is the planning to balance it out and the proper amount of exercise everyday. Walking 10,000 steps everyday as a minimum.
I have lost around 3kg so far. Still a long way to go but i am confident i can accomplish the final goal. Fight fight!
