
As titled, I had a toned down breakfast this morning because I went drinking last night. I was meeting a friend who was in town on business trip. We had some really decent yakitori, with ”decent” amount of calories intake…
My breakfast consisted the standard set of rice and miso soup, plus natto, kimchi and three tiny tsukudani(A Japanese method of preserving seafood using thick sauce made of sugar and soy sauce) fish. I also had half an apple mix with zero fat yogurt, and of course my everyday coffee with milk.
Total calories : 402 kcal. 🙂
